In this case, I settled down into my seat

here and I was asking my team, If they

have any advice for us for our highest

healing and highest good for Thanksgiving

and for this whole holiday season.

Thanksgiving, it still applies.

Who came through is

wonderful Mary Magdalene.

And with that, she is going to talk to us

about entering this time period of divine

feminine energy, I get the sense she's

also going to talk about moving inward

into the winter season, which if we follow

nature, winter is a time of inward, right?

Coziness, not just in your house, but

introspectively going within ourselves.

So cozy up, get comfortable and

let's see what Mary Magdalene

We are entering a space, a

time of divine feminine energy,

like a warm nurturing blanket.

This time that surrounds us now is

going to provide us comfort and warmth.

But within this space, there's often a

rising of emotions with the planetary

energies that some of you focus on.

There is a little bit of an upheaval

energy mixed in with the comforts of home.

I bring this up because giving yourself

a safe space to connect with yourself,

to connect with your loved ones, really

connect and ground in the safety and

sacredness of a special space within your

home, allowing yourself that space to

yes, enjoy the joys of the holiday in the

holiday season, but also to turn inward

and give yourself a space to process

these emotions that may come up over the

next few weeks during the holiday period.

We acknowledge that this can be a

difficult time for many as it brings

up hidden traumas, old beliefs.

Sometimes it actually has you regress

and almost it feels like you're time

traveling when you gather around old

friends and family that some of you

might have not seen for quite a while.

We understand this, but we

also want you to have the tools

to navigate these situations.

So preparation ahead of time is key.

Knowing how you are going to

process these emotions that may

come up will serve you well.

What does that look like for you?

Tapping into the divine feminine energy

is a nurturing, warm, loving energy.

It is also protective mama bear.

It's also fiercely loving.

And within that it's

fierce care of yourself.

This is not about anyone

else, but just you.

Because you need to start with you

and your care and your emotional

needs, and then you can move outward

to take care of your family and

friends and those in your inner

circle, in your nucleus of your life.

How are you going to ride out

any storm in a healthy way?

When you're tapping into this divine

feminine energy, this is creating a

warm, insular space for yourself to be

able to adhere to those boundaries and

those protective measures that you've

put into place, to be able to step away

from anything that is triggering, and

to be able to connect between you and

you, to connect with your highest self.

So what does that look like for you?

Pre plan.

Do you have a favorite cozy blanket?

Do you have a favorite

candle or scent or incense?

Do you even have a favorite plant?

Or maybe buying yourself a bouquet of

flowers, surrounding yourselves with

your favorite colors, your favorite

flowers, your favorite shapes.

Anything that invites and ignites the

five senses to provide and invoke a

sense of comfort is going to be key.

This does not mean we want you

to numb your feelings either.

We want you to prevent yourself

from slipping into those old things

by presenting a strong front.

We do not want you to succumb to

the need to numb away the feelings

of pain, discomfort, and any of

the other heavier things that may

come to the surface at this time.

Numbing, meaning going on social

media, doom scrolling, consuming

alcoholic beverages or other materials

that may help you disconnect Your

brain, body, and emotional connection.

We do not want that at this time.

We are going to be bravely fierce in the

face of any difficulty that comes our

way over the next few weeks by providing

extreme fierce levels of self care.

a cozy space with a candle lit,

a chunky blanket, fluffy pillows.

If you have a pet.

Cuddled up on your lap, reading a

book, or listening to comforting

music, or watching a comforting movie.

She wants you to make sure, though,

that this is high vibrational things.

She doesn't want you to feed

and seed negative emotions.

What she says about this is, I understand

that it's the human nature to be drawn to

musical encounters, lyrics, and lyrics.

Vibrations, television programs,

movies, anything of the like that might

resonate with the lower vibration you

might be experiencing at the moment.

For instance, if you're harboring

and experiencing a sense of hate

or frustration, you might in

turn want to listen to said music

that matches that vibration.

I am asking you to be aware of these

urges and to play the caretaker, the

mothering role for yourself by putting

into place your plan of protection

and nurturing, which includes playing

something that will buoy you up, that

will provide you warmth and comfort.

So replace the numbing glass of

red wine with a comforting mug

of tea in your favorite mug.

Replace.

wanting to numb out the noise by

playing classical music that is

comforting, such as Tchaikovsky's The

Nutcracker or Beethoven's symphonies.

Anything that might feel at first

a little counterintuitive to

your human side will actually be

embraced by your spiritual side.

So getting that game plan in place

of how are you going to process

anything that comes to the surface.

We understand that this is a podcast about

people pleasing, but essentially this is

a dawning of a new truth within yourself.

That you are capable of nurturing and

caring for yourself in the here and now.

This is not something that you need

to put off and do in the future.

The time is now, over the next few

weeks, when the energy waves in

your planet are are going to be a

bit When levels of consciousness are

going to fluctuate, people are going

to drop down into unconscious ways.

There's going to be arguments

that are tried to be provoked

either by you or by others.

Knowing how you're going to navigate

this is going to be key so you don't

fall victim to old patterns and thoughts

and energies and belief systems.

Allowing them to come to the surface

while observing them and then letting

them float through your experience and

letting them flow away is going to be

key by being grounded in the here and

now in your cozy, secure, nurturing nest.

these things in a healthy way.

the other end, you are going to look

back and reflect, and you are going

to see how well you handled things,

own growth, health, and happiness.
